LeadsTiger – Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Nature of Service

LeadsTiger provides verified leads related to Loans, Interior, and Real Estate across Pan India. All leads are purchased directly through our application after wallet recharge.


2. Refund Policy

  • All wallet recharges are non-refundable.

  • Once the wallet is credited, the amount cannot be withdrawn or refunded under normal circumstances.

  • Any unused balance in the wallet will remain available for future lead purchases but cannot be transferred back to bank account or any other payment mode.


3. Lead Availability Disclaimer

  • Leads are generated from across Pan India, and availability may vary based on location, demand, and market conditions.

  • If leads are less or not available in your specific city/area, it will not be considered a valid reason for refund or withdrawal of wallet balance.

  • Users are advised to be open to nearby or other serviceable locations for better utilization of leads.


4. Special Refund Condition

  • If no leads are received at all for a continuous period of 30 days (1 month) after wallet recharge, then the user may request a wallet balance withdrawal.

  • This will be reviewed and processed on a case-to-case basis after verification.


5. Lead Exchange Policy

LeadsTiger allows limited lead exchange under the following valid conditions:

A lead will be eligible for exchange only if:

  • The phone number is switched off continuously for more than 3 days, or

  • The number is invalid / wrong, or

  • The customer clearly states “Not Interested”, or

  • The customer confirms that they did not make any inquiry


6. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within a reasonable time from lead purchase.

  • Proper proof or call recording (if required) may be requested for validation.

  • Leads once approved for exchange will be replaced, not refunded.


7. Non-Eligible Cases

Leads will NOT be exchanged or refunded in the following situations:

  • Customer does not respond but phone is ringing

  • Customer delays decision or says “call later”

  • Price negotiation issues

  • Lead conversion failure due to service/pricing

  • Any reason outside the defined exchange criteria


8. Policy Acceptance

By recharging your wallet and purchasing leads on LeadsTiger, you agree to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
